At Pet Towel Shop, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These restrictions will be specified on the product page. If you are unsure about a particular product, feel free to get in touch with us. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest starting by returning the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
